At NetArchers we follow a 6 step development methodology designed to minimize project risks and development time.

1. Requirement Definition
   In this stage, the client's requirements are gathered on the basis of information provided by the client, market research and competitor analysis. Requirements analysis with business objectives in mind is carried out and and a vision scope document and feature list created, after providing recommendations.
2. Analysis
   In this stage, a detailed analysis is carried out from the information in the Vision Scope Document and feature list and Software Requirement Specification is created and Scope and Estimates validated against the contract and revisions made if necessary.
3. Design
   In this stage, the application design is developed on the basis of the Software Requirement Specifcation and the scope agreed upon in the Requirement Definition stage. Validation of the scope, estimates against the contract and revisions are made if necessary.
4. Development
   In this stage, the actual code based on the design is created and tested against design requirements.

5. Integration and Testing
   In this stage, the developed application is tested through test cases and plans and user acceptance criteria in the deployed environment. Integration and quality testing is carried out. Client acceptance tests carried out.
6. Deployment and Acceptance
   In this stage, the developed application is deployed on the live server - implementation on client premises or hosting server. After signoff by the client the application is transfered to the maintenance team.
